4/10 Poor

"The front desk people were no where to be seen multiple times for over 30 minutes. I was having car problems after driving downstate 4 hours, my car was in the shop and wasn’t going to be out till a few hours after checkout. I explained this to the staff and asked them very nicely if I could stay in my room a bit longer, I had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to carry it all around in the car repair shop. They said no and they couldn’t help me at all and they left me stranded with my luggage."

"Terrible stay. They had to change my room because the ac didn't work. They had loud construction going on throughout the time I was there. Then they shut the power off for the rest of the time I was there. I left and checked out early. They promised a refund that I'm still waiting for. No help from staff and very difficult to even get anyone on the phone. Won't be doing this again."

"Very disappointed…no free bottles of water in room; had to pay $5.00 per small bottle of water. No room service was very inconvenient. Night staff desk lady was very rude with poor attitude. Upon arrival at 2:30 A.M., the elevator had strong odor of pot smoke. When this was reported to the desk clerk, she gave the impression of not caring and had no intention of reporting this problem to her superiors…dismissed our concern. Next day, the whole 2nd floor had strong pot smoke odor. Carpet in our room and toilet were dirty."

"Parking a little cramped, understand it was downtown but had some of the spots blocked off seemingly no reason, was a weekend with no festival/construction/obvious hinder. Wasn't really in the room long, in and outbut served its purpose. Didn't get a good look at the breakfast, coffee was good and hot."
