"Whole establishment is clean & well presented. Staff are absolutely lovely, spa was beautiful. Will be returning - big thank you to Ellie on reception. She was beyond helpful and lovely "
"The nice gentleman at check-in made us like the place right away. Luckily our room was ready, midday.
Parking was easy and only £18.
Room was spotlessly clean and a double bed each because I snore.

"Large panoramic room on the 12th floor with great views of Cardiff in 2 directions. Our friends booked a suite for only £30 more and it was about double the size, on the 15th floor, that’s what we’re booking next time! Clean room and complementary water and chocolate on arrival, plus a useful fridge, without all the unnecessary mini-bar contents. Disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance."
