「Great location, less than 30 seconds to the quay. Room had everything you'd expect from a b&b. Fabulous breakfast, there was even an option of standard or large size! Would stay again if we're in the area. Friendly, welcoming host.」

Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. 「Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. 「You have to pay for internet in room, I was lucky they upgraded me , but my so called internet room is just a room happen to receive signal from the lobby. The staffs are great and kind, room is old. Carpark is 5 pound per night, walk 10 Mins to town 15 mins to pier and beach. Check in time is crazy 4pm and check out time is 10am , late check out at 11am is 10 pounds extra. Personally I can't stand of it, but didn't know until I got there. 」

「Great reception and sorted parking. Room was very smelly like old sweat. Sheets were clean and tidy but the carpet need changing it in a manky state. Bathroom clean and tidy but vinyl needs changing as it doesn't fit properly. Good enough for me to lay my head but I was out of there early as I was not going to be hanging around in that room.」

「20 -40 people constantly in reception arguing as they can't get their booked rooms. Noise , police and all sorts of fun. Breakfast is separate story, people who were lucky enough to get rooms sitting in room with jam and juice and waiting for misery man who will get their breakfast. Had to ask for refund for mine. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT FOR GOOD.」
