“I would not recommend this place to stay, old property and with need of renovating, no air conditioning, no toilet fan extraction, very hot room... sorry to say but as a franchise i believe they could do more for the price they are charging....”

“Our second visit to Little Robin Gate and it did not disappoint. Such a warm welcome from David and Pumpkin. The accommodation is superb and immaculately clean. Opted for the jacuzzi room which was an excellent way to relax after a busy day. David thinks of everything and the little touches for dogs and humans alike we’re greatly appreciated. Communication throughout was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bournemouth with or without a fury friend. ”

“Jane and Ged were fantastic: so friendly and welcoming, and the place is lovely. We stayed in the top floor room with the air conditioning due to the heat, and slept comfortably despite the hot weather. The bathroom was a little snug for my broad shoulders, but still fine. No breakfast Nov-May so can't comment on that, but they gave us some suggestions for other places to eat, which were all fantastic. “Was forwarded details for self check in & clear instructions meant it was hassle free. Didn't encounter any staff during my visit, only stayed 1 night & there was a contact number provided but I didn’t need to call for any assistance. Lots of options for breakfast & room was clean & tidy. Self check out was also clearly explained. ”

“We had a lovely couple of nights here. The room was good, very comfy bed and there was a freestanding fan unit for hot weather. Lovely walk in shower with shampoo and shower gel and plenty of soft towels. There were tea and coffee making facilities and complientary bottles of water, plus homemade biscuits in the room. If you needed more of anything you could get it from the reception desk. The free wifi worked fine all over the hotel. There was ample space in the car park, you need to enter……
