"I would not recommend this place to stay, old property and with need of renovating, no air conditioning, no toilet fan extraction, very hot room... sorry to say but as a franchise i believe they could do more for the price they are charging...."

"Very welcoming host. Great breakfast with some unusual additions. Overall great stay."
"Lovely decorated and clean apartment. Very comfortable and everything you need is there. The apartment is situated right by town centre for shopping is on the level and pedestrian only. The harbour front, pubs and restuarants are all close by and is also on the level from apartment. There are plenty of shops, pubs and restuarants and the food and drink prices are ok. We could not have chosen a better placed apartment. We will be back. And hopefully to the same apartment block. Many thanks to all the Stai team in making are weekend truly memorable."
" It's a great spot for a few days in Poole, quirky little house with two sets of stairs (you'll need to be able manage them or you'll be stuck!)Has everything you need though the TV reception was a bit patchy. As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole."
"The property was perfect for my visit to Poole for my Mum's funeral. My sister lives 10 minutes from the location and the little apartment was exactly what I needed to spend time with her but also have a place to retreat to by myself.
