"Chatty polite reception staff who upgraded my room ! Plentiful fresh breakfast with decent coffee ( a rare find !) Stayed in a few places in Bournemouth but 3rd visit here so far , I like the quirky decor and relaxed atmosphere and the couches and chairs you can sink into in the bar area Once the refurbishment is complete i will be returning "

"From the hotel it’s easy to reach the rail station and the sea front. The staff is very friendly. The extractor fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy. "

Only things that would have got a better rating was having someone there when I arrived.i waited a while at check in and I had a ground floor room with a table right outside my window that smokers were using."
