"I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and kind. I appreciated the free earplugs but I ended up not needing them; the area is fairly quiet. Overall, the breakfast provided was good, but I wished that there were eggs available that did not have ham in them. "

"Parking was easy and the hotel was spotless. The location is great and very convenient to pretty much anything you would want to do in Boston. The only negative I had was that after a long day of walking all over Boston, I was excited to take a bath but that wasn't possible. There was no plug in the tub and the handle was broken, so the water never got hot."

"It was a great place for a night! Although i couldn’t help but notice taped up padding in the wall and stains on the curtains. Also the bottles in the shower and sink were next to empty! I much more enjoyed my stay at the other citizenM. But the bed was clean and comfortable so I did have a good night sleep regardless!"

"From the moment I pulled up and the valet met my car until we departed and the valet assisted with the luggage it was a fabulous experience. I have stayed in MANY hotels in my 70+ years. The staff here was extraordinary! EVERYONE was kind, with a smile. Helpful, with a smile. Eight of us were in three rooms and had the best time. The kids used the pool which they loved. The bathrooms were very clean. As were the common areas. I highly recommend Seaport Hotel."
