It has an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate water closet on the main level. The upper floor features three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning with access to a balcony, another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, and a third room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is also a shower and a water closet on the upper level.
