The space
Keeping in mind this is a shared block with a family living onsite. Guest will have access to the resort style in ground pool area, BBQ facilities and outdoor entertainment area.
At JATS Holiday Stay the property also offers a Home Gym available for guest by request. Payment will be taken on the day of booking.
Extra features offered by the host on the premises is a Beauty Treatment Room that specialises in waxing, spray tanning, make-up & tint treatments. These services will need to be booked in by appointments.

Guest access
This premises has its own access to the spacious two bedroom 1.5 bathroom and a full-size kitchen with large open lounge room.
The unit is located around family homes therefore noise must be kept to a minimum. This premises dose not allow smoking, pets and wild parties.
This premises sleeps 8 individuals after 6 guest there's a fee for 2 extra guest of $45.00 per guest per night to accommodate 8 guest in total.
NOTE: For couple stays 1 queen room only available, 2nd bedroom will be closed up.
Other things to note
Owners will be on the property at all times as this is a unit with a shared backyard.

PARKING ONSITE:
If parking onsite there is a $20.00 fee per day per car.
For long stays there is a flat rate parking fee of $50.00 per car.
