We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house and host made us feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and we loved being right on the water. The location was great and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores super close to the house.

Would book again!

I would book again in a heart beat! The property managers were amazing about checking in and providing support if needed. The property is kept super clean and is stocked with all the necessities such as towels etc. This place is extremely baby friendly, they had a pack n play and high chair for my 9 month old to use. The location is great being on the water and having a screened in porch/pool area! If you’re looking to stay in the Port Richey area this place is for you!

Amazing property!

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded our expectations. Not only is it beautiful, it was clean, beautifuly decorated, and had everything a person could want or need. The welcome snacks were greatly appreciated. The screened in pool and dock is where we spent some of our favorite times. We enjoyed watching the fish jump in the canal, and being greeted by our neighbors across the canal every morning. The property made us truly feel at home. We were sad to leave.

Fantastic!!!

The communication was absolutely great. The house was perfect. The kids loved the pool. Very clean and the out back canal was awesome. We watched fish jumping all the time. Although we had no luck checking any. But overall everything exceeded our first time experiencing with a vrbo. We couldnt have picked a better place. Would highly recommend. Thank you Emeror Rentals.

Everything was clean, and there were some nice touches like welcome snacks, coffee, and pantry staples. The only thing we didn't like was the pool service showing up in the middle of a holiday afternoon and asking us not to use the pool for a few hours because he needed to add chemicals.

As advertised: Awesome!

This worked out perfect for us. I admit to being a little nervous driving up as it did not seem like the outside would match the inside but it was just right. The hosts were attentive and responsive and wonderfully sweet. Everything we needed was there for us and we had a great time. Neighbors were cool too. I wish the pool was heated, that is the only thing I wish was different. If you are considering booking this place, DO IT. It will not disappoint. Thanks so much.

Garbage pick up 4 days late, water was shut off because lack of payment. I was constantly lock out because screen door lock is broken
