This is a motel at best. The room was run down, unclean and smelled terrible. Luckily Expedia was able to refund me. I had to rebook somewhere else.

Great central location to access both Tampa and the beaches, with great value. Rooms clean and modern, very friendly staff. Nice free breakfast buffet, with coffee machines that grind and brew your cup fresh each time.
