Fun in the Sun

The weather was perfect. The accommodations were great. The ice machine and the golf cart are a plus. We did have to clean the floor when we got there. Our feet were filthy walking around. Also, there were multiple lights out and a sink that needed fixing. It was corrected promptly when called.

Great house but needs maintenance

Main floor bathroom toilet seat was broken and my mother fell in the night, Dishwasher had food in the bottom of it, bunk room closet was broken and curtain rod and curtain were hanging to one side, guest bathroom downstairs had no shower curtain liner, breaker kept tripping that charged the golf cart, living room fan didn’t work, management did not get back with us on several things after calling.

Great house, Great location, let down by cleaning and maintenace.

We have stayed at several houses in this same neighborhood over that last 10 years. This was our first encounter with disappointment. We spent quite a while cleaning up sand and hair that was everywhere when we arrived. There was also no AC on one of the floors. Contacted maintenance and that was taken care of. Next we discovered that only 1 burner on the stove worked and the grill was totally out of commission. We did not want to seem like problem vacationers so we just lived with it, but these are issues that need to be addressed in the future. The biggest letdown was the cleaning crew. The house is great and if we heard that the cleanup process was stepped up we would rent it again. Location is great, and has a crows nest where you can get a great view of the sunrise. There are several screened in porches that provide protection from the bugs and a view of the bay. All of the included water equipment was also very handy to go out and explore.

Great week!

Great location on the bay with the Gulf side beach a short walk away. The house is spacious and our group of 9 had plenty of space to hang out, sleep, and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to make nightly feasts which is what we did with all of the fresh seafood available locally. We had a great dinner at Indian Pass Raw Bar on our last night. Highly recommend!

Great get-away

The house was fabulous! Lots of room to spread out, everything worked great. The garage ice maker was a HUGE PLUS! Beds were very comfortable, temperature was regulated inside great, kitchen accommodated nightly cooking all week, The view was nice especially from the “perch” (very top balcony). Sunrises there were most memorable!
