Like new property... very nice inside well maintained and pretty much all the amenities you need are supplied. Rent a golf cart and you are moments away.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely home for a long weekend with our grown children and grandson. The house is fairly new and it's beautiful. Each bedroom is very comfortable with its own full bath. The living room is spacious and very comfortable, but the best part of the this house is the huge kitchen and island. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to cook and entertain. A lot of rental houses have cheap furnishing and appliances...not this rental! Everything was "top shelf", from the Bosh dishwasher to the stovetop and microwave, everything was perfect. We especially like the outdoor shower! Nothing better than coming back from the beach and taking a shower outdoors. Loved it!The location is ok. It's about a half mile ( 5 blocks) to the beach. We rented a street legal golf cart which worked out great. Easy drive to the beach. Beach is nice and not very crowded...we are use to 30A which has gotten so congested. It was nice to go to a beach that wasnt crowded.
