3 young kids - great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is immaculate. The owners put so much effort into the design and decor that it was a pleasure to stay in for the few times it rained (and it will always rain at some point!). The location was ideal - a minimal walk to the beach, but there were stairs up & down the boardwalk. The view was unmatched. With young kids, we had to stay in at night, but loved watching the sunset on the back porch. Our only complaint was the King Bed on the top level - it's extremely firm. I'd recommend supplying an eggshell for guests to lay on. For a 5'8" girl & 6'2" guy, both medium build, we woke up constantly with sore spots on our hips & shoulders. The house was stocked with everything you'd ever need and the management company was super attentive - we had some confusion at check-in time and we had really bad weather - both times they responded super quickly.
