The property is exactly as described. It was clean and in good condition. The boardwalk to the beach is very close and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. The pool was pretty quiet which was nice.Overall my wife and I were very happy.

love the house and beach

House clean well decorated and right next to boardwalk to beach and community pool. Kitchen had everything needed. Grill clean and large surface. Screened on porch a plus. Beds comfortable Lots of towels for house and beach. TVs use streaming services if you have accounts bring your passwords. Included a beach wagon and nice folding chairs with umbrella. Community pool is solar heated and very warm for end of March. We already scheduled to be back next year

Clean, updated, and a walk to the beach

Very clean! Layout of the home was great for us: entry at carport area is indoors with tile floor and giant walk-off mat. Main level is a large open great room with half bath, large screened in porch, and the primary bedroom, bath, and laundry. The primary bath shower is a walk-in with a hand-held showerhead, so giving the dogs a more thorough wash down after hosing them off outside was super easy. Porch is off the kitchen with a view to the ocean. Easy walk to the pool or beach. Note: we had some wifi issues; I think our company laptop settings conflicted with the lack of secure wifi. Even our phones would not connect to basic websites like amazon. Also, there is no hairdryer at the house, so remember to bring one!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was open, comfortable, and had a great layout. It was a convenient walk to the beach, though we do wish the boardwalk extended all the way, it can be tough pulling a cart through the sand. Overall, a wonderful place, and we will definitely be back!”

Excellent place!!! Just as described too. We had an amazing time. Port St Joe has a really cool downtown area where we ate a couple of nights but mostly stayed on the beach and rode bikes that we rented.
