The location was perfect, and the house was very clean. While it could benefit from a few updates, it was overall a wonderful beach getaway. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. When we arrived, we found that the Keurig was broken, but she went above and beyond by bringing us a new coffee maker along with coffee and filters to make sure we were taken care of. We truly appreciated the extra effort and will definitely be returning to this beach house!

Beach vacay at the Cape

Maintenance and repair is definitely needed! There were a few receptacles that didn't work in the kitchen, one upstairs that had a very loose connection and made the lamp flicker, the shower upstairs had broken tile, the doors to the patio are deteriorating and has a pile of debris between the glass. The mirror in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced and add a hand towel rack. There are many areas where the trim molding around doors and windows has pulled away from the wall leaving a gap. The downstairs bathroom needs towel storage since it serves three bedrooms. We enjoyed our vacation regardless and have never stayed at a place so close to the water. We saw a sea turtle coming ashore to lay her eggs, that was truly amazing! We would stay there again!
