Located in the scenic Windmark Beach Community along St. Joseph Bay, you'll have access to nature trails, beach access to 4 miles of coastline, and two resort-style pools.

You will love spending time outdoors with the amenities that the Windmark Beach community has to offer! This house is a short walk to the community centre where you can enjoy a meal at The View on Old 98, or grab some pizza to eat on the beach at Bruno’s Pizza! The Town Centre has a variety of stores from paddleboard rentals and a fitness centre, to an aesthetic boutique, and craft cocktail bar! A trip to Saint Joe Emporium is a must at Windmark! You can indulge in hand dipped ice cream, shakes, sweets, as well as shop for gifts, groceries and bait for your day's fishing. You will love the Village Centre Club, which features a beautiful, seasonally heated zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained. Throughout the year, various events are held on the Village Green, from outdoor music performances to outdoor family films.

-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.
