The entire apartment has Air Conditioning (hot and cold).For understanding that there are guests who seek more affordable holidays and do not mind details such as noise, at a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.As it is located on the main street of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, there is noise until late. The apartment has double-glazed windows to minimise the sound impact and provide greater comfort, but, depending on each guest's sensitivity, there may be some perceptible noise inside.Upon making the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, as these are already reflected in the reduced rate. For this reason, refunds or relocations are not possible due to these issues.NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer.
