• The downstairs ADU is rented separately and has its own private entrance on the side of the house. You may see guests briefly as they come and go, but there is no shared access or overlap between units.

• The home has stairs, including one bedroom located on the main floor and two upstairs.

• We provide fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

• If you’re traveling with a larger group and need more space, feel free to reach out to inquire about renting the downstairs unit as well.

Cosy Retreat

A very comfortable space to relax in after you return from exploring Portland. This three bedroom home had everything we needed to meet our expectations. The beds were super comfortable top quality mattresses and bedding. We were provided with plenty of supplies and linens. Trevor was very responsive to messaging and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. Thank you Trevor we really enjoyed our time in Portland!
