The rooms are stripped down so there are no conveniences...no pen or paper pad, there are no bathroom products except a hairdryer and one facial makeup remover pad. Would like to see Q-tips. There is body lotion along with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

The area was convent for our business needs. The hotel itself seemed rather empty. The room was clean, but the beds were old & uncomfortable (broken down edges, hard mattress with no topper) Time to replace those beds! Breakfast was very tasty, but we he coffee was very weak! There were no signs with instructions about how to go about ordering said breakfast, so that was inconvenient.

The staff were so friendly and wonderful. I just feel the hotel was lacking just a little. It was beautiful, but you were sent somewhere else to get cash to buy quarters for laundry. A lot of hotels already have card readers on their machines. It was a little hard to coordinate room cleaning, especially being in an accessible room with someone with a disability. I was kinda sad no out or indoor pool or hottub. The area was great and the hotel was very well kept very nice!

The property is perfectly located to where I needed to be. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I found the room clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with the bed being springy with not enough padding between me and the mattress surface. I brought my own pillow as I’ve discovered in the past that the pillows provided are too flat and uncomfortable.

Good for a one night stop but don’t book thru a search engine because they will make sure to reiterate that they can do NOTHING because you must go through your “booking” for anything. I witnessed a family with a broken toilet and they were told that maintenance went home so they’ll send them in the morning. He requested ti be moved to another room and sauga just continued…too lengthy to type. FYI. I won’t stay again. Oh….no fan in the bathrooms either which is the strangest thing ever!

Quiet location and rooms. Going through renovations 2/2024 which did not affect our stay. Loved the self service mini market in the lobby (from candy and chips to hummus and a couple of frozen meals). Staff were friendly and helpful. Elmer’s across the way is great for breakfast too!

Haven during a winter storm
The Hilton hotel was a safe haven during a crazy January storm. The staff was accommodating in a very stressful situation. Although the hotel didn’t have hot water or very good internet for few days during the storm it had heat and was safe feeling.

I had a problem with NO HOT WATER. I had a problem with NO ELEVATOR SERVICE and our room was in the third floor with two dogs. I had a problem with NO WIFI SERVICE so I wasn't able to work. I had a problem with VERY HARD MATTRESS. I have requested a full refund. I think I will take Hilton off my list of possible places to stay. Such a disappointment.
