  • This custom designed mid-century tri-level home is located in the desirable Highland Hills neighborhood. The home is a spectacular blend of comfort and style. Almost every room is bathed in natural light while being surrounded by greenery and trees.



    Every room has been been outfitted with décor and furnishes curated to help create a truly special stay for every group. With the open living and dining layout connected to the kitchen you will have every opportunity to create unforgettable memories while staying in one of the regions most sought after homes.

    *This home has security cameras at the entrances to the home for security.

    ★ Four bedrooms but five beds as one is the full trundle. It's not perfect for another couple but great for some kiddos.

    Additional Property Information:

    Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.



    This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

We had a fantastic time with family and friends at this wonderfully well-appointment home! Super close to amenities and the home was very comfortable. The property managers were communicative and attentive. Would definitely return!

This is an amazing, cozy home. Each space was designed with intention- there were instructions listed everywhere on how to operate different items throughout the home (remotes, temperature, etc). Communication was really good and responses received almost immediately. We will stay there again! Highly recommend!

Peace of mind

This was such a lovely place to stay while visiting our son. CLEAN, everything you need to enjoy a house, comfortable beds, and all the extras you could ask for. This will be our home away from home whenever we come out to visit.

Stayed here with a group of friends while visiting another friend near Portland. We all loved this place, it was so cozy and perfectly located. Very clean and fairly priced. Will definitely look to book here again in the future next time we visit - thanks again!

This property felt like walking into home. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, comfy beds and great details. The instructions/labels at the house were appropriately placed, but not intrusive. We appreciated the boxes of tissues place around the home and the eye maker remover by the sinks. There was also ample supplies. Last but not least, we loved the gorgeous tulips in the front yard.

The house was very nice but we rented the house in order to visit family in the area and have them (3 adults, 1 four year old, 1 five month old baby) come over for a BBQ. We contacted the host and the owners said we were not allowed to have them over. This was very disappointing. We would have never rented the house had we known that was going to be a problem. So as long as you don't want to have anyone over, then this house is nice. Also we felt a little spied upon with their camera's. Lots of notes, rules and instructions in this house. We would not rent it again.

This was such a great house. There were lots of options for sleeping and the house was a great size. The kitchen and bathrooms had lots of amenities. We really felt like guests in someone’s well cared for home.

Great Stay and location

Loved this house. The owners have special touches throughout the home and everything was very clean! Loved the location and walked both mornings half a mile to a coffee shop for lattes, danishes, and breakfast burritos.
