Nice spot for Portland Stay

A convenient location , a close by parking spot, local popular breakfast spot across the street, nice bedrooms for our family but kitchen is small though. Recommend Portland tour by antique fire truck.

Family Trip to Portland and Acadia

Location worked well for us - quick walk to coffee/donuts. Also walkable to the Old Port area with shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend Fort Williams and Cape Elizabeth if you’re not familiar with the area. Kingsley was responsive in getting us check in info and the place was clean!

Great space, great location

The space is clean, large, and comfortable. Multiple parking spaces were a huge plus for my family. It has a great location -- we walked everywhere in town with ease. The host is responsive and gracious. A good stay.

Great stay

Kingsley was a great and very communicative host. Super convenient location and 2 parking spaces definitely a plus. Place was very warm upon arrival but did cool off, bathrooms very nicely renovated. We rented this unit and the upstairs unit as we had a larger group and that worked great for us. Would stay again

Spacious and convenient

The property had lots of room for my family of four, and was an easy walk to downtown and the water. We appreciated the air conditioners in the bedrooms and the dedicated parking space.

Beautiful time in Portland!

Everything was absolutely lovely at Kingsley’s place! Check-in was seamless and easy and our stay was fun and relaxing. Though the living room was not child-proofed, some quick rearranging when we checked in meant that all 3 of our toddlers were happy and playing comfortably and safely throughout our stay!

Wonderful apartment in Portland, ME

I wish I could give 10 stars for this property! Host was excellent to communicate with. The apartment is in a historic brick building, the interior is modern. Beds were comfortable, location was perfect and we hope to be back!

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. Several cute Cafes close by, comfortable beds and space. Close to everything. Only issue was the unit above one night partied to early morning keeping us up all night. Out of control of the host.

Our family's trip to Portland

Very clean space! We loved the location. Try Tandem right across the street for morning coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and baked goods. A 15-20 min walk to all the great stuff in Old Portland. An easy drive beautiful S. Portland. Host was great! Would love to stay again

Awesome apartment for friends trip

This apartment was great for our group of 8. The place had a spacious common area and good size rooms. The kitchen was a little bare in terms of supplies but it wasn’t a huge deal. It was also a great location, walking distance to many attractions or very short drives. Host was very gracious and communicative. Would stay again!

Good accommodation for 6 adults, great towels. Could do with some more places to hang towels. A wardrobe is needed in the room wit 2 beds in it. Happy with the stay. No one staying liked the cups.

Family trip to Portland

The unit was as advertised, and very clean. Easy to walk to Old Port, East End, Munjoy Hill, etc. We ate at the Italian restaurant next door (very good), and had coffee at Tandem most mornings. A little neighborhood noise (construction vehicles, etc.), but that's to be expected in a downtown location. I would stay here again; Kingsley was an excellent host.

Perfect location for walking.

The apartment is lovely. All six of us thought the beds were comfortable, and that’s saying something. The kitchen could use actual coffee cups and glasses, and was lacking paper towels and sugar for coffee but other than that it was great. The best part though is the location! Great restaurants and within 20 minutes to the pier! We ate breakfast at Hot Suppa every morning! OMG delicious and the staff is FANTASTIC! Also, MUST get the biscuit from Tandem Bakery and Coffee Cafe across the street! That’s a DONT MISS!

Perfect for us

The place was clean and comfortable, linens and towels were luxe, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen (except perhaps a toaster). We had a lovely three day stay and walked all over Portland. Kingsley was very responsive to any questions, and when we had trouble logging into Sling TV he came over to handle it for us. No excessive noise in the neighborhood and there’s a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door. Great spot!

This was a perfect location for our group and was close enough to town but not loud or rowdy. Check in and out were straightforward, and the host was responsive. There were no issues with our stay, and many basics/necessities were provided.

Our overall stay was very nice. The place was clean and nicely updated with plenty of space. The location was conveniently located for enjoying Portland. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms however our host was quick to respond. We would have liked more kitchen ware especially coffee mugs. We certainly would consider this place again during a return visit.

Fabulous 3BR / 2 bath apartment in an excellent location of town … Tons of great restaurants, coffee shops and cool stores nearby within walking distance - Bramhall Pub (speakeasy vibe) next door and Tandem Bakery across the street were highlights! Kingsley was easy to communicate with and very proactive with any questions we had - he also gave us some good tips and recommendations about places to visit in Portland. This is the place to stay!
