「Spotless room, friendly staff, breakfast poor if arriving at 9-20 after a swim. Need an app on mobile to enter swimming pool, should be a simple swipe card.」

「We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.
For what was a basic room...

「Our room seemed defunct of central heating ( dated radiators not working) and was reliant on a small , portable, oil filled radiator. Beds were comfortable. Shower ‘rose’ was seemingly blocked and only provided a ‘gentle’ flow of warm water whereas the taps in the washbasin gave decidedly hot water - odd.
