The property is located in the picturesque coastal resort of Punta Prosciutto in southern Italy. The closest beach to the accommodation is Samanà Beach, a 3-minute walk away.
The clarity of the water makes the resort an excellent location for water sports, including; snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding and windsurfing. There are several lidos situated along the seafront with opportunities for dining as well as a restaurant and a supermarket a 6-minute walk away.
