Communication with Guest Ready was very great. They always responded quickly. Also, arranged for transport from the airport to the apartment through Guest Ready and it was very convenient. The apartment was great and being in the back of the building it was very quiet. Beds were good quality, but a bit on the hard side. They could use a foam topper to add some cushion to their support. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable place to call home for a month in Porto.
