They lied about having wifi, power went out for over 24hrs and we had to pack and leave in the dark and the last night there was a very loud alarm that continuously went off because the security system had been without power and the back up battery was dying. We called them to ask but there was not a simple way to shut it off so we shoved pillows and blankets around it to quiet it down. Property is very remote and hard to access but nevertheless very beautiful with an awesome deck.

Traumhafter Blick, schreckliche Anfahrt

Die Terrasse und der Wohnraum sind so wunderbar, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, mit den Zimmern/Bädern waren wir zufrieden, die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Schränke teils unpraktisch zugänglich. Die Anfahrt zum Anwesen war für uns ein Unding, drum sind wir auch früher abgereist, weil wir diese Tour nicht mehrfach fahren wollten, obwohl als Oberbayern Bergstrecken gewohnt. Nach einer kurvigen Schotterpistenfahrt nach unten gehts um eine extrem enge, schottrige, ausgefahrene Haarnadelkurve mit Gefälle. Die Schnauze zeigt Richtung Meeresabgrund - begrenzt von einer Leitplanke, ein Reifen hing in der Luft - und dann muss man mit Handbremse/rückwärts/hoch zurückstoßen und neu einschlagen. Das war mit unserem Skoda Fabia incl. Angstschweiß gerade eben machbar, für unsere Freunde im BMW ausgeschlossen. Man könnte stattdessen auch rückwärts nach unten rollen, aber der Weg ist sehr schmal und daneben gehts senkrecht runter. Unten angekommen ist es nicht möglich, zu wenden, wenn zwei Autos auf dem Parkplatz stehen. Dh. entweder, man fährt rückwärts bis zur Kurve hoch oder ist schon rückwärts runtergefahren. Try your best :-)!
