“What a charming whimsical boutique hotel. Unique in every way. We loved the vibe The staff was so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was not open. “Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, and the pool area excellent – a great place to relax with plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. The breakfast offered a good selection and was a great way to start the day. The check-in staff were polite, although they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming, so the arrival experience felt a little impersonal. “It was a nice experience overall, but lacked any wow factor. The Conrad itself was fine and the pool was a good thing to have access to. The beach is lovely. Overall though it was very expensive and the food at the Conrad itself was too expensive. The wider resort was more reasonable but not up to the its 4 star rating. We wouldn’t go again but whilst each element was fine it was too much money for the overall experience.”

“Eine schöne Poolanlage mit sehr bequemen Liegen und einem hervorragenden Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas altmodisch und recht klein. Alles ist recht weitläufig, sodass man oft Treppen steigen muss, was aber nicht weiter stört. Der Strand ist ebenfalls ok, die Liegen dort sind super, allerdings ist es weit entfernt und es handelt sich um einen Kiesstrand. Das Personal am Empfang könnte noch professioneller geschult sein, doch die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich.”

“A mio parere, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di un rinnovamento generale. Inoltre, per una struttura che si presenta come di alto livello, sarebbe opportuno investire maggiormente nella formazione del personale. Ho avuto l’impressione che parte dello staff, molto giovane e con poca esperienza, non avesse sempre una chiara comprensione del proprio ruolo e degli standard di servizio richiesti. Credo che ci sia un ampio margine di miglioramento e che la struttura possa……

“The room was spacious and clean. Loads of storage space. The buffet breakfast was good. Kids were happy with the options. They spent loads of time in the swimming pool.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at the resort; not too crowded when we where there, only things we missed would suggest is gym facility, tv screen was a bit small and some Coffee/Tea / water facilities in the room ( apart from the mini bar), beautiful location and easy to get info Pula. And surroundings”
