"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our room was clean, large, beds comfortable, bathroom and two sink areas were convenient. The deck was overlooking a pond and a nice place to relax after walking the restoration area. Being close to the hotel and restaurants was perfect. And, the staff were exceptional. "

"Staff were beautiful, room was nice sized. But the site said it was a non smoking room. It was not, I woke with raspy voice & my hair stunk like smoke. This was recent smoking. When I said something in the morning the staff apologized and stated they do have people sign no smoking but said there is not much they can do. She offered to have management look at my complaint/concern. Most hotels that"
