"The rooms were very plain. There was one full-size bed in our room that two people slept in, but I knew that going in it was rustic because it’s Williamsburg and I picked rustic. However, I gladly would’ve taken the room upgrade."

"Very nice curb appeal and the rooms were just like the pictures. The continental breakfast was great and the person was constantly making sure everything was stocked. Staff was nice and helpful. I really look forward to staying again "

"The nicest and the fanciest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The building was well kept, with so much history everywhere! The room we stayed was decorated with exquisite regency style, elegant and beautiful. The dinning room was gorgeous, but the food was very mediocre, a bit disappointing. Anyways, what an experience! "

"Love the spa and the outdoor pools and the access to the Golden Horseshoe for Golf. We walked to Colonial Williamsburg and to William & Mary. Expensive but a very nice hotel. "

"Had everything I needed for a good nights sleep at an affordable rate compared to other hotels nearby. Thought the location was good, just a little outside of town, but there are sidewalks which allowed me to take a walk into the shopping district and explore a bit. "

"Williamsburg Woodlands is a wonderful facility. It is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and clean. The front desk was great and very receptive.. If there is one suggestion, I would give them, it would be to improve their Wi-Fi systems. There seems to be poor connection with the call phone services as well.. It made Internet services very slow and frustrating.. they could also perhaps work with the township to improve cell phone services better in the whole city.."

"Beautiful area. Loved being across from a pasture w/horses and sheep and nice walking trail. Close to downtown Williamsburg but not in congested area. Full cooked breakfast included. Will come back!"

"Everything was very nice. Breakfast was delicious both mornings we were there. Tom and Sue were really nice hosts, had a great time chatting with them as well as some others in their family along with the other guests. "
