“I booked on behalf of one of our engineers, who found the cabin to be very dirty with little to no hot water, and infestation of insects and no WIFI as mentioned in the accommodation list. The front door also would not close or lock due to the door being so badly warped, and I had to book alternative accommodation as it was not suitable. I contacted the booking agent to complain and provided photos, and they were unable to get hold of the host. When they did eventually get hold of them, they……

“It was a very relaxing, peaceful and calming stay. The host was great. It was very pet friendly and the boys loved exploring the garden. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The log fire was great, firelighters and logs were provided. If you love being out in the countryside then this is the place for you. ”

“Perfect get away and host. Easily got out family of 8 in there, all amenities you can need and perfect peaceful location ”

“No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. ”
