「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Vinci was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The staff was kind attentive and went above and beyond! The property is conveniently located and BEAUTIFUL! The attention to detail that went into the design is easy to see and the breakfast buffet was top notch! Would certainly recommend and stay once again if coming back! 」

「This is a wonderful property on Lake Garda, with a very nice garden, walking grounds, private dock, within very easy walking distance to the old town. Rooms are nice. We had an older room from the original villa. Breakfast offering is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.」

「10min to the Arena and close to all the other attractions. The front desk helps to book my restaurant and email me the result which is nice. Breakfast has enough variety to choose from and the service team has done a good job. The Hotel seems close to the railway station but better take a taxi. 」

「The hotel was lovely! Perfect location! Easily walkable from the parking garage, piazza bra, and tour bus pickup. Had plenty of outlets for charging devices. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra 10 Euro. They have a lift. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. And this hotel was Inexpensive! English was well spoken here, which held us a lot. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean. 」

「We had a lovely stay at this property. My friend and I stayed one night here and the location is perfect, and the room was very clean and nice. The host was gracious and so helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was truly the perfect place to stay in Verona. 」
