“Our room had not been cleaned (carpet not vacuumed and bathroom floor not clean).”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”

“I chose the property because I needed a cheap place to stay before my flight. This wasn’t worth half the rate. Basic cleanliness and safety amenities are lacking. The shower curtains and refrigerator had visible mildew. The bedspreads have cigarette burn marks. Door latch had been wrenched from its bracket and was hanging loosely from its hinges. Trash had been left in the closet. The entire building smells of cigarette smoke and mold. I am not a picky traveler - I regularly stay in budget……

“Not recommended. Run down. I actually left in the middle of the night due to the partying outside of my window. I was on the 1st floor. The place smelled like a sewer. I initially booked it because it was cheap and I was there to be near the hospital for my family. Do not recommend. Would love my refund of $99 because I left in the middle of the night. However the guy up front with no teeth yelled at me and refused to give me my money back.”

“Property welcomed pets. Pool area was very clean and in great shape. Lounge and casino are in the hotel. Would stay again.”

“Parked the car and it was hard to walk in as they were working on the building. Which happens The part that was horrible was the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. It looked mold around the whole tub. And completely stained. I took pictures. I can’t believe I paid that amount of money for this room. Extremely disappointed ”

“Hotel and room were very clean, hot tub was hot, emergency stop button for hot tub broke, breakfast was hot and very good assortment cept could have used fresh fruit. Staff were just ok, not overly friendly but were ok!”

“The room itself was clean. The problem is the lobby and hallways smell so bad of smoke mixed with something else gross. My TV volume worked but it wouldn't go quieter than 14. I'm not sure why but like clockwork, 11:30pm every night I was here the vacuum cleaner was on and I could hear it loud and clear from my room. Guests here are fairly noisy during late hours in the night (Like 2am). The towels may have been clean but they are stained and just look really gross. The windows are cheap so if……
