“アンコールワットに一番近いホテルだということと、普通のホテルではなく現地の方の家のような外観に惹かれ宿泊しました。 カンボジアの伝統的な家の2階が客室、1階の屋根の下で朝食や夕食を食べました。 朝食と夕食はお母さんの手作りで、とても美味しかったです。 客室は広く、宿泊者は基本的に1組限定という感じでしたので、広々自由に使うことができました。wifiも快適に繋がりました。 都会のホテルでは味わえない、ローカルな文化を感じることができ、とても良い経験になりました。 ”

“Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. “The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. “The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city. “The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference.
