"Dont stay here, there is roaches in the rooms and crawl inside the walls, cleaning needs much improvement."

"The night i checked in was a nightmare. The hotel room key would not open my room. After going to the front desk and back to trying to open my room with my luggage 3 times i was escorted by secuirty and they had to open my room. The next morning i explain to a new front desk agent what happened, he took my key and said this key is the wrong type of key, gave me a new key and then it worked. The sink faucet has to be open all the way otherwise no water comes out, there was a womans hair strand in the tub."

"Yes it did. But there was no tissues in the tissue box by the sink. And they gave us a room with a half roll of toilet paper on the holder. "

"The sheets had stains and hairs all over.. on bed,towels ,shower EVERYWHERE! I got there and checked out 2 hours later didn’t even spend the night. The receptionist was on the phone booking a room and checking me in at the same time all I was getting were hand signals. "

"Our stay was very good. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It had a kitchen, one bedroom, a very comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they always responded quickly and made everything easy. The check-in process was smooth and simple. The location was also great, only about 25 minutes from Disney, which made getting to the parks very convenient. We made sure to leave everything as requested when we checked out. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this place."
