"No the ac was not effective at all whatsoever in the capsules."

"We had a great stay at The Hamilton. All the the staff were pleasant, professional, friendly, and accommodating. We had an issue with the room when we checked in, but we were promptly given a new room. It is in a convenient location with the Metro and many restaurants close by. I highly recommend The Hamilton Hotel for a visit to DC."

"Front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was ready early which was also very nice. It ended up being terrible weather during our stay so we tried to book some spa services to stay out of the weather. The spa didn't answer, but then did call back to inform us they didn't have any staff actually on site and would have to call them in. They couldn't actually tell us if we could book an appointment until the next day and asked us to call back. The next morning called back to try again-but no answer. We had breakfast in the lovely dining room-decent food and very nice waitstaff. Also had dinner in the lounge. The cocktails were delicious, but the food was so-so. There was a large conference and I think the kitchen might have been overwhelmed-food took forever to come and was just not great "
