“Could use new carpet or better yet hardwood or manufactured flooring, the place itself remind me of apartments in nyc, tall ceilings and windows, no AC, had to open windows to cool but it did cool the place well in October, I’m just not a carpet person when it comes to rental property. The place itself was relatively clean.”

“Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise.
Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to……

“I can sum up my review in two words, stay away. The entire facility looks rundown and ragged. Our apartment had many things broken, missing, or inoperative. Overhead LED lights not working, faucets loose on the sink, bottom rack of the dishwasher missing, water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, just to name a few. The bathroom was decent except there were no amenities such as toiletries and no shelf in the shower to store them. Again, the apartment had the look and feel of neglect.

“Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy.
Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit.
No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of.……
