This single-storey consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, another king-size and a zip/link twin, along with bathroom. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with furniture, bike storage and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub and within 1.1 miles, a beach. Sea Breeze Cottage is a stylish getaway for both families and friends. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties under 25. Note: Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Note: Property accepts 3 night minimum stay only.



The Neighborhood:

The quaint town of Prestatyn, one of the many known coastal destinations along the lovely North Wales coastline, provides four miles of golden sand divided into three fantastic beaches, all of which are suitable for family enjoyment. With designated cycle routes extending along the lovely coastline, the town is also home to the commencement of the 8th Century Offa's Dyke Pathway and a Roman bath house, while the surrounding hills and neighbouring Clwydian Hill Range provide breathtaking vistas not to be missed! Discover the stunning Snowdonia National Park, Victorian Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Conwy, Rhuddlan, and Denbigh Castles, as well as ancient Chester's stores and architecture. A fantastic spot for the whole family!
