"My stay at Gravity Haus was one I would emphatically recommend. The sense of community was woven into every aspect of my stay, from early access to amenities, to the staff's curated knowledge of timely local events, and ultimately, to the camaraderie I found with engaging and like-minded clientele in the common areas. It felt like a concept that lives its ethos.
I also want to commend Paula for helping make the experience truly exceptional. Not only was she incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience met my expectations when I arrived, she also did this answering questions over the phone in the days leading up to my stay. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. Paula is a true asset to the Gravity Haus team, and her outstanding presence is a primary reason I will return."
"Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked.
After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security.

"We stayed at One Steamboat twice and decided to save some money this trip, convinced that we would be giving up a lot of amenities. We could not have been more wrong. The Sheraton has way more to offer. The restaurants just downstairs were great, lots of options and the Starbucks was the icing on the cake. As for the condo, it was the cleanest room in which we’ve ever stayed, cleaner than any Four Seasons. The beds were amazing. I’ve never slept so well. The place was stocked with every single thing we could need and the owners even left 2 bottles of wine on the counter for us as a gift. The ottoman is stocked with puzzles and games and there is an activities room in the Sheraton with a ping pong table, pool table and foosball tables. The room is manned by 2 people who are so helpful. All around, an excellent place to stay in Steamboat. We will be back. "
