「Wonderful hotel that is walkable to everything in downtown Blowing Rock. Property is new and very clean. Plenty of parking on site. They even offer earplugs (we didn't need them), eye shades, a steamer, and phone charging plugs built into the lamps. The hotel is unstaffed, so make sure you get your entry code before you get there (we couldn't get a cell signal in the parking lot so had to borrow wifi from a local store). 「Clean and cozy. Comfortable bed. Good parking. Great shower but slow to get hot water. Check in not good. Couldn’t get into room for 45’ because codes would not unlock the door to the room. Finally staff member appeared and gave us a master key. TV wouldn’t work. Poor WiFi. Maid halfway made up bed and emptied waste cans but did not replace used coffee cups, Keurig cups, or water cups. Have to walk to the adjacent motel for morning coffee.」
