“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……

“酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗”

“We stayed at Hotel Sumratin for five nights and had a fantastic experience. As a new hotel, everything is finished to a very high standard. The rooms, public areas and facilities were all spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent. The service was consistently friendly and professional, and the hotel grounds and restaurants were beautifully maintained. The breakfast and dining options were of a high quality, and there are also plenty of great local restaurants……

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”

“The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. ”

“The hotel is in general very well located and has everything you need. Local transportation is conveniently located just a few meters away and can easily take you to the city center. Personnel is overall nice and helpful. The only inconveniece is the beach, which has large amounts of garbage both on the shore and the sea and it stinks. There are no hotel owned sun loungers and local vendors ask ridicolous amounts pp (€80!).”
