The apartment is in an independent villa on the heights of Propriano, in a secure and kept domain; in only approximately 900m of the city center of Propriano and the beach.

The apartment has 2 rooms, a stay with kitchen, and bathroom with shower.

A room is equipped with a double bed and other one of a bed of 130x190 and with another bed of 90x190 cm.

You can also take advantage of the garden of the villa.

You benefit from the free access in 4 swimming pools and in tennis of the domain.

Animals are authorized on the request.

Très partagé sur cet appartement qui n'a pas finalement répondu à notre attente

L'appartement est un rez de jardin de la maison de la propriétaire, situé dans un agréable lotissement de Propriano. Sa description nous a trompé même si les mètres carrés sont indiqués. Il dispose de 5 couchages mais ne peut être agréable que pour deux personnes : le salon/séjour/cuisine est très exigu ; une chambre est correcte sans que la literie soit récente mais la seconde pièce présentée comme une chambre avec un lit 140 et un lit 90 collés au mur et séparés par une commode est une petite pièce noire sans fenêtre. En outre, cette literie était hors d'usage. La propriétaire a promis son changement prochain. L'équipement, inégal et disparate, a été complété sans délai en cours de séjour suite à nos plaintes (manque de couverts par exemple). L'extérieur est agréable. Il est même indispensable pour prendre les repas. Il faut donc une météo favorable. Bilan contrasté donc avec une propriétaire à l'écoute mais un logement perfectible sous les standards des locations modernes. Le rapport qualité/prix nous a donc paru au final défavorable.
