    Sleeps 1–4 guests comfortably (pull-out couch available for a 5th guest at additional cost)

    Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Grace Bay! This cozy and charming villa is perfect for couples, small families, or a group of friends looking to relax and enjoy all that Providenciales has to offer. While we can accommodate up to 5 guests, the space is best suited for groups of 4 or fewer to ensure maximum comfort.

    We’re ideally located within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) or a quick 2-minute drive to the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, as well as top-rated restaurants, shopping, and the local supermarket.

    You’ll have your private side of our duplex villa, including:
    • A screened-in dining porch
    • A private pool area complete with your own lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and BBQ grill

    We live on the property but fully respect our guests’ privacy—we do not use the pool area during your stay.

    Villa Features:

Fay was an amazing host. Very responsive and easy to work with. We walked to most places- restaurants and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable everywhere. Fay provided a little extras that were very helpful - beach chairs, towels and a good sized cooler. Plenty of space for my husband, myself and 3 college aged children. Really hope to come back one day and for sure would stay at this house again.

Fay, is an amazing host. The entire process was very easy and when we needed to extend our stay last minute Fay made it effortless. The villa is very nice and extremely comfortable and clean as well as really convenient to everything you could want. We all felt super safe and at home. Perfect! Ms. Fay was an excellent host . The rental was unbelievably gorgeous and the pool in the back was splendid just the perfect size to relax and get some sun or enjoy a nice little swim. I would definently recommend the Fleur de Mer Villa Gracebay!

Great value in T & C

Perfect place to stay for two couples. We had more than enough space, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and they were in better condition than in most rentals. The beach chairs were very convenient to have, and they were comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again, and we thought we got a lot of value for the price, especially in T & C.

Lovely and comfortable villa!

We really enjoyed the pool, which was well maintained. The AC was fine, we grilled a lot outside, and the place was clean and well appointed. It was very close to Grace Bay beach which is just glorious. Thank you Fay for your hospitality.

Good Location and private area.

Location was nice as it was about a 14 min walk to the beach and 20 min to shopping. It was really clean and the host was awesome with communication making sure everything was going well. They let us keep our suitcases there until pick up, which was great!

Fay has a great place and is super easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and super spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare at-home meals. The pool was awesome. This is a great location. Highly recommend!

Property very well maintained good location .my family and I stayed there for 7 days we love it. We eat breakfast outside most of are stayed everything it a short distance walk or drive. The Property have everything you needed the beach towels and chairs and umbrella etc..it feel like home. Property was great and as described. Very well stocked. Close to everything. We did have a car and checked out a lot of the beautiful beaches. Walked to dinner twice and drove to others further away. The property had beach chairs and cooler which we used daily!

This house was perfect for us. I would recommend making sure you have a car. It was close to everything but not close enough for walking. We loved the pool! Fay was very friendly and responsive.
