Great Place!

We stayed for almost a week and loved our time at Margarita's place. The view was spectacular and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was nicely laid out and worked perfectly for our family. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and the accommodations of this property. It is within walking distance of everything we needed. The views are unbeatable. The concierge was very helpful with arranging transportation. We loved the pool area and being on the beach. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous stay!

Outstanding property, this unit had everything we needed and then some! Beautiful view, great kitchen, esp loved the Nespresso machine, and plenty of room for our family of 4 to relax. Owners provided fantastic packet of TCI info and onsite mgmt was very easy to work with.

Wonderful week in paradise!

Our family of 4 (including 2 adult children) had a wonderful six days! The condo was very clean and well appointed and the location right on Grace Bay could not be beat. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Margarita's unit at Villa Renaissance was perfect! It was beautiful, clean with every amenity you could need. Beverly checked us in and was amazing during our stay. I highly recommend this place! We can't wait to come back!

Our overall stay was absolutely terrific…extremely clean Property…the “Pre-Information provided was terrific ! The location of Villa Renaissance is right in the center of Restaurants/Shops ! The only negative was the mosquito’s/no seums, when trying to enjoy the outside deck in the evenings ! The views and walking the beaches every day were so relaxing…just a great trip to T&C !

Would def stay again. Do not need a car when staying here. Margarita provided all the little things that make a huge difference for convenience. Dish soap, Laundry soap ,shop cart ect. Front desk Karen booked our excursions and Chelsea was very pleasant. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Villa Renaissance was perfect. Ideally located within walking distance to the best restaurants, the unit is spacious, extremely clean and well-appointed with anything you would need. The owner, Margarita, was very responsive and helpful.

Hidden Gem

Our family loved staying at the Villa Renaissance. Its location is perfect. You are steps away from cute coffee shops and delicious restaurants. The villa was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came in every day to tidy up. The staff is helpful and you truly can just relax. This is a hidden gem of a place to stay in Turks and Caicos. We would absolutely rent again.
