Needed a place with 5-6 bedrooms for family vacation, diving. This exceeded our expectations, bigger than I pictured, beautiful pool, really nice beach almost totally to ourselves, very safe, very responsive property manager. All family members said this was a perfect vacation, loved the villa.

Great spot perfect for our group of 11. Private beach, pool, sand, kayak, eat, drink etc. etc. Worst part of the trip was leaving. First time in Turks but the island and this house are on our short list of places we would go back to...soon.

Beautiful spacious house. We enjoyed casual breakfasts by the pool and organized dinners at the large dining table. Sandy beach next door. Steps to the water on the property and nice pool. Many ways to enjoy.sun and water. The area was quiet. A few visitors at the beach. It was the perfect place for the family to gather and get away from the cold in the states.

We visited Turks and Caicos as a family vacation (college age kids) and had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was great and the peaceful beach right outside the back door was phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed the home and there was plenty of room for 7 adults. It was very easy to go to the more touristy areas on the north side for shopping and snorkeling (about a 15 minute drive). Having the nice grocery store within about 10 minutes away was really handy. Our host greeted us at the home and was super helpful in making recommendations for food, groceries and excursions. I must add that nearby Bob's Bar by the marina was super friendly as well. Thanks for a great vacation and can't wait to visit again!

We had a great time staying at the villa. Some concerns regarding plumbing came up upon check-in, but the management team was incredible and addressed all our concerns quickly and thoroughly and remained in close communication. The house is perfect for large groups as it has many little sitting areas to disperse into and the direct beach access means you don't need to drive anywhere to get killer ocean access. One thing that would have been nice was to have an outdoor table large enough to seat all 10 adults so we could have enjoyed eating meals outside. The glass-boat drone company at the next door public beach does operate pretty much everyday and is noticeable from the property, but didn't get in our way since we could access the water straight from the villa.

Ventured to Turks & Caicos for a much needed get-a-way... Had every intention to simply relax & take some time off, but had no idea that this property was otherworldly. The house was impeccable, the location was excellent & the ambiance was exactly what was needed. Getting an opportunity to escape the hustle & bustle of the city and to relax & reconnect with my wife was exactly what we needed.

My family, friends and I had an amazing stay for my 35th birthday! The furnishings were clean and up to date, and the ocean views were magical. This was one of the rare times where reality absolutely matched the listing, if not exceeded! Highly recommend!

Everything was fabulous! The villa exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtaking! Ages 16-77 in our family and everyone had their space! Loved all of the seating areas inside but especially outside. Wonderful experience! Perfect weather! The Thompsons June 26-30.

We rented this house for a 50th birthday girls trip with 9 ladies and it was spectacular!! It is clean and the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in (from beach chairs to beach towels, kitchen gadgets to Ziploc bags and laundry detergent). The pool and grounds are awesome...the pictures do not do it justice. The sunsets are awesome and the water is so clear and calm. We rented cars, which we did use some, but ended up taking taxis to dinner to avoid driving after dark or after any drinking...it is a little off the beaten path, but we loved it and never felt unsafe (even hanging out in the pool and on the patio til very late). For the money, we felt it was a great deal and would totally stay here again! I should also add ths the local management company was awesome and so responsive to out every question and need!

We loved the “private” beach. The water was warm and clear, just beautiful. Great location, close enough to everything (with a rental car). House was perfect and the no AC in the living areas was not an issue for us at all.

This home was everything we expected and more! This place was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean, the bedrooms were air conditioned, which was very refreshing. The view was breathtaking over looking the water. Our family spent many hour in the pool and sea. The water was a perfect temperature. We definitely want to come back!

Very well acquainted, and HUGE beach front property. Perfect for large families or groups. Private water access or quiet sandy beach access just steps away. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Our favorite part of the day was coffee on the back porch every morning. Property hosts were very responsive and friendly. 10-15 minute drive to famous Grace Bay as well as other lesser known beaches. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was incredible. Very secluded (which we liked) but about a 15 minute drive to all the restaurants near Grace Bay. Concierge staff that comes with the property were very attentive and anything we needed, they did for us. We were 10 friends for a 40th birthday.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time at the villa. It was clean, spacious, and so secluded. We absolutely loved being able to enjoy our first visit to T&C and spend our time just enjoying our family and the beautiful country. Everything was super close (15 minutes or less drives) to the grocery stores, GraceBay shopping, restaurants,etc. The team promptly addressed our issue with the pool. We all loved the wonderful place from our private pool, beach and well appointed house.

This is our second time staying at this home. The location is perfect, views unbelievable, quick trip from the airport and to downtown. Weather is amazing. Had an issue with the main fridge not cooling properly, and there was a broken screen. But, nothing we couldn't overcome.

You couldn’t ask for a better location to enjoy Turks and Caicos. The house was absolutely beautiful and had so many outside sitting areas to enjoy the ocean view. The ocean was literally out your back door !! The cove provided shelter from the wind and we were able to use floats and just relax in the ocean. After a day in the ocean we had a beautiful pool to come back to! The house had big living spaces along with big bedrooms! A great media room to relax and enjoy a movie in the evenings! Upon arrival we were given a tour of the house and contact info should we need anything. We had an issue which required maintenance and they responded immediately and rectified the problem! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Turks and Caicos !!!

We absolutely loved everything about Villa de Ligera. We had high expectations and it exceeded even that. The location right on the ocean and the views were beautiful! We spent so much time in the ocean as well as the huge pool. There are so many areas to sit outside and take in the gorgeous surroundings. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The house itself is beautiful and huge! The movie room with its own extra bathroom (with tub) not listed are added bonuses. The house is stocked with everything you could think of. There was nothing we needed that we could not find. There are 3 different types of coffee makers including a Keurig. Many spices available for cooking. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!
