“Even a bottle of water has a charge. The toilet was dirty”

“It’s a nice old-school hotel which is centrally located between the train station and the old town so ticked all boxes for us. Room was well appointed and dark when it mattered, bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only negative is that the mini bar was filled with items that auto charge to your account once you move them, so you can’t fit much of your own personal items in the fridge.”

“good”

“Good location and staffs”

“I surely will go back to this place next year.”

“nice and cozy hotel situated in the center of old town. ”

“Great (central) location, excellent facilities/amenities and first-class service. We especially commended the hotel staff (front desk, restaurant) for their friendliness and helpfulness which make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We highly recommend Phi Hotel Bologna for stay in Bologna.”
