Great location

Great location, I was a little disappointed, it’s not actually beachfront , you can’t see the beach from the home. The picture of the shared deck was beautiful, but unfortunately you had to go down some steep stairs and go around the corner to use it. So getting there with a book and hot coffee wasn’t impossible but also not what I thought I was getting. Also, at over 500 per night a little shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated. With check ins getting later and later, it’s a bummer not to be able to get in the shower but have to run to the store. The kitchen is well stocked with extras and that was nice.

Good property, Bad check in and out hours

Property and location was great. Clean and very comfy, but small (double beds). Great decks on the water available for our use, and a parking spot. All good! But not being able to check in until 4:00, with a clear message of no early arrivals, and worse yet, having to check out by 9:00 AM IN THE MORNING! That’s too early and makes me not want to rent this property again.

Very clean and furnished with all the rhings you don't pack when going on vacation.

The location was perfect. The cottage was cute, clean and furnished with all kitchen supplies one might need but not bring on vacation. The two bedrooms were only large enough for full sized beds. That was not optimal. If there are cottages with one large bedroom and a queen sized bed or bigger i would definitely stay there again in the future. Very professionally organized system. Thank you!!

Location, Location!

Clean, well appointed and spacious apartment steps away from both the beach and Commercial street. You can't beat this location. And easy parking!! Easy check in with code lock. Surprisingly quiet. A/C worked great. Given the photos, we were under the impression the unit had a walk out to the deck, but this unit is on the upper floor of a multi unit building and the shared deck is at the end of the row of houses. Still, an incredible view and great place for morning coffee or watch the beach views. We would recommend and gladly return.

A fantastic stay in P-town!

We had to check-out at 9am... that is literally the only negative thing to say about this place (and I absolutely understand it's to give the professional cleaners time to do their work!). It's right on the beach, with the added bonus of a shared deck if you want sun but not sand (plus the tide can get really high). It is an upstairs unit, but the stairs were easy and the condo was perfectly chilled thanks to the AC and ceiling fans. Right in downtown/Commercial St., but surprisingly quiet! Really amazing how just going down a little alley makes such a difference.. We walked to all the downtown spots with ease, and it was so nice having someplace to hideaway when it got too hot in the sun or we were done with the crowds. It seemed like a good mix of people who live there and those who regularly vacation there. There seemed to be a reunion of sorts going on our first night, and it was just such a beautiful energy in the neighborhood. The next morning, I went to lay on the deck chairs for a lil sun, and some ladies came out to have breakfast outside at one of the tables... they never once made me feel like I was unwelcome or an interloper, which I thought could be possible with a shared area. We didn't make conversation, but it was just nice vibe all around! This was a bit of an impromptu trip, so it was really great to find something as wonderful as this with short notice!

Great location and quiet end of Provincetown

Great location and was very responsive to questions and concerns. It was clean and kitchen appeared well equipped, but we did not cook any meals there. . Only complaint is the condo needs a mirror in the bathroom and space in the closet to hang clothes

Great location & neighbors

We’re very longtime summer renters and have stayed in a wide assortment of condos, apartments, homes & cabins for over five decades. This rental was for an adult couple in our family and a week long stay. The location was wonderful. Lovely modern looking buildings from the outside with nice lighting, parking & bike racks that could not be closer and more convenient, and two nice, clean, spacious, shared deck areas. The stay was quiet and communication with the property managers was friendly and caring. The interior was not quite as modern as it appeared in the photos (the interior design and beds could do with a refresh). BUT it was well cleaned and appointed. The main room air conditioner was large and functional to cool the space, but very loud. The two main issues that we experienced were 1) When we arrived, the power was off in half the space. We could find no welcome book and did not have the management contact number on hand after a long car ride. Luckily the kind neighbor (a long term renter), was able to share a flashlight and guided us to the circuit breaker where she reset the power. After waiting for the refrigerator to cool and the air conditioner to work, things seemed back on track. At another point in the stay we lost xfinity (cable & internet) service which was frustrating, but later in the day after a call to management, it returned. Overall the location, being right on the bay beach & steps from Commerical Street really made the stay easier and more adventure filled for us…but we will be exploring the options in perhaps renting another condo in the adjoining building, as they looked much more up to date and new. Which is more our preference. :)

ideal location

The property was just right for 2 people, excellent location for being part of the festivities or for kicking back for peace and quiet. Neighbors friendly. We stayed 2 weeks in p-town 1 week in this property and a second week in a place on the west end. This property was a far better experience. would recommend this to anyone looking.

The location was PERFECT (right behind Wired Puppy) with a 20 second walk to the beach. The interior space was ‘well appointed’ with everything that was needed. Kudos from everyone who stayed there !
