Overall the facilities are ok but the flushing of the toilet wasn't strong enough

“We received a very warm welcome upon arrival from the reception staff. They were very helpful and friendly
Our room was very nice and clean. The shower over the bath could do with upgrading
The grounds are beautiful and although it was very busy with two weddings and and abundance of golfers there was plenty of staff to accommodate the demand. I would definitely recommend and stay again”

“Staff and food excellent. Booked a Superior Double room at £172, unfortunately we got a family room with a single bed and what looked like a Queen bed. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling and a light hanging out, bare wires above the bedroom mirror, heating was not on and we came back to a cold room, had to get the staff to sort the heating out, and although there is tea and coffee in the room with a kettle, there was no milk provided and so we could not make a cuppa in the morning.”

“We stayed here during the duration of my professional exams, which was being held at the same venue. The bar and restaurant provide good food at good prices. The lobby, restaurant and halls are nicely decorated.
When we first checked in, we were initially given a room which was already occupied by someone. The person who served us didn’t volunteer any information on her own either, about how to get our room, or where breakfast will be served. This basic information was only provided on……
