「We stayed in three different locations during our weeklong stay. Cabarete, Las Terrenas and Sosua. This place was closest to the action and the views are amazing! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the kite surfers. Unit could use some updating but it was still very comfortable! 」

「Having the management office right next door was very helpful. Great quiet property if looking to relax, amazing long stretch of empty beach for long walks. Walkable to center of Cabarete if desired.Good option.」

「The condo was only a few steps from a beautiful beach with a great ocean view from the balcony . It had all the amenities to make my 7 week a perfect vacation , a quiet area in the east end of Cabarete about a 30 minute walk to the main town , but several little grocery stores and small restaurants just a short walk away. There is a little bus that goes into town for only 50 pesos and comes by frequently or you could rent a car but beware of the crazy drivers here.(no road rules here ). Nice...

「Nixon the host was great. Property grounds beautiful! They had some maintenance issues but Nixon was on all of them. He also knows the area very well and can answer any questions.」

「Coming to Sosua multiple times this year instead of FL Keys. Took cousin and wife on this trip. They commented this was best trip ever. What made it special was being able to live and mingle with the locals, the condo and its location, not needing a car, the quality, pricing and quantity of local restaurants and available activities including the beaches. Also the ability to do impromptu local volunteer work. Cousin a former MLB player ran a half day kids clinic at the local field. Google...
