“Spectacular views from condo and Terrace level pool. A short taxi/Uber ride to Zona Romantica and el Centro. Both property management staff and condo/restaurant staff were responsive to requests and most helpful.”

“The apartment was the same as what was advertised in the listing. We found it very comfortable and were pleased with this apartment. It is very close to the beach and to activities. This apartment is on a Main Street so the traffic noise was a bit high but that’s nothing the owners can change. Overall we were very pleased with is apartment.”

“Due to how I travel which is to enjoy the local vibe , food , and people this establishment was perfect even though I did not need all the space available the layout was amazing and with the veranda right outside over looking the mountains it was beautiful. The pool was the perfect touch with size and relaxation after a day of touring I want to thank Nelva and Gabriel for being an awesome host and will definitely be back.”

“The condo was amazing! The location was perfect for us, right on the beach and a super walkable neighborhood. The convenience of having the La Palapa restaurant/beach service downstairs was so nice. We were also able to walk to nearby restaurants and markets. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The wraparound balcony was amazing with an amazing view of the bay and the lush green hillside/other buildings. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful……

“It's a luxury condo with amazing view of rooftop pool and bar so you can expect to pay more but it is so worth it! The building and apartment are very well kept, modern and clean. It is in a great area that is very accessable to many restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. It's on the higher part of the hill from the beach so there are steep stairs to go up and down to the busy streets areas but you can either take an advantage of getting your legs fit or use the cable lift right beside those……
