“Starting in the morning with a beautiful fresh tropical, breakfast buffet, and then moving to the pool/ocean chairs for the day, which were very very comfortable, the staff was always attentive to our needs, where we would order multiple drinks and lunch poolside, I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail!!! each night was a different theme and we enjoyed every single one of them. We love the mariachi band that was there twice while we were there and to top it all off the tropical animals that……

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“This was a clean hotel and staff was excellent. Rooms were on the older side and in need of a renovation. The food was excellent mostly Mexican with a few Canadian dishes and drinks yummy. Beach is a short walk and though we were asked several times an hour to purchase items. Usually a simple no gracias works. Never had an issue getting beach chairs or pool chairs. Beach bar tenders were excellent. We liked this hotel for the price and what we received. It was a lower cost all inclusive that……

“Fiesta Americana PV was a fantastic hotel. The location, the beach and the food were all top tier. The views of downtown PV from the hotel were breathtaking. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well. We were especially appreciative of the work done by activities director Jorge. Our kids really enjoyed his energy. My only criticism of the resort was mainly centered around evening entertainment for the kids. We were there 7 night and on only 2 nights was there anything to do after……

“Overpriced and not a 4 star. All smoke and mirrors. Food is horrible , not enough variety. Not well stocked bar, watered down drinks, pool side bathrooms very dirty not kept up through out the day. Didn’t enjoy the raccoons running through the restaurant at night or jumping on my beach lounger along with the giant iguanas that would climb up on chairs, and take a swim in the pool . Our oceanfront room had a plastic table and chair , yes 1 chair inside . Bathroom shower stall leaked under the……

“Did not receive the room I booked online. Booked two queen beds, room had one bed. Had a Junior Suite room- not sure why they are called that. One, bed, one chair and a desk. Would like to see at minimum a small fridge, as was difficult to get ice for our outside drinks.”
